How to Order

To make a purchase you are simply required to select your desired product(s), then you pick a quantity and if personalisation is an option enter your message. When you have selected all of your products, proceed to the 'Checkout' section and enter the required details. If you wish to send your product to a different address, this option is available. Finally you are required to submit a payment using PayPal (please note we can only process your order when PayPal confirms they have received your payment, so incorrect details will cause a delay to your shipping time).

Delivery Process

Sunshine Snacks Ltd uses Fedex and Royal Mail when sending out a delivery within the UK, normal shipment takes between 2-3 working days. However a next day delivery service is available at an extra cost and provided we receive your order before 1pm. We deliver Mon - Fri (this excludes UK public holidays). To enable your order is sent out on the same day you order we recommend you send it through to us by 3pm at the latest. We can provide a unique tracking number to your parcel so you can keep up to date with it's whereabouts, however this will not provide a timed update just the location.

We split our UK shipping rates in to 4 zones to work out the delivery cost. 1) England, Wales and Scotland ( up to and including Aberdeen, Peterhead and Dundee), 2) North Scotland and the Shetlands, 3) Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles and 4) Channel Islands. Your location will help us determine the best cost to delivery and the cost also take into consideration the weight, size and no. of items in the delivery.

We do offer an International Service to deliver products abroad through a international courier, to work out a shipping rate we use the location stated by you for shipment delivery and use a competitive rate to send you your purchase. Eash destination is priced individually and due to international Shipping Regulation we recommend you add an extra 24 hours to the expected time of delivery arrival, this takes weather, customs and international clearance into consideration.

Liability

Sunshine Snacks Ltd is not liable for a delayed delivery if the address you have provided is incorrect and we CANNOT send out a delivery until Paypal confirms all the monies owed to us have been transferred meaning this will also cause a delay to your delivery. To avoid this we recommend you make sure your address and payment details are 100% correct when you are providing them to us.

In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock or unavailable we will inform you straight away and let you know when we will be able to ship it out or we can offer a similar product as a replacement if this will suffice.
