Shipping policy

The following information applies to deliverers in the United Kingdom (Mainland Only).

We have two options available at the checkout:

Click & Collect orders

Change your mind about paying for delivery, or are you located close to us? All Click & Collect orders can be collected between the hours of 10am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. If orders are placed on a Friday afternoon and not picked up by 5pm that same day they will not be available to collect until the following Monday. 

Collection

Depending on the time & how busy our team is, your order should be ready on the day &  approximately 1 hour after placing your order.

 

Tracked 48

Tracked 48 - available for all orders, the price is calculated at the checkout and can vary depending on the weight of your order. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day, orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following day.

 

Orders placed over the weekend

All orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until Monday. This means if you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be dispatched until Monday. Your order will still be shipped with the selected shipping method but won't be fulfilled until Monday.

 

Out of Stock

Due to high demand, it is possible that a product you have ordered is out of stock. If the availability has not been updated on the website, you will receive an order or a phone call to confirm if you would like a replacement product or a refund.
